Ben Porat Yosef eighth grade students Ari Kutin and Meira Papier received Graduate Thespian Awards from the International Thespian Society for their leadership and dedication to the dramatic arts over their elementary and middle school careers at BPY. Sixth grade students Sam Passner and Shira Kaplan received Junior Thespian Awards, from the society as well, for having dedicated 50 hours of their time to the dramatic arts during the past year. The students worked under the direction and guidance of Rebecca Lopkin of Envision Theater.
