Shaarei Orah, The Sephardic Congregation of Teaneck, will host Rabbi Dr. Yigal Tsaidi as the scholar-in-residence for Shabbat Tetzaveh, February 23-24. Rabbi Tsaidi’s unique and novel approach to uncovering pshat promises to provide for an exciting and inspiring Shabbat. His speaking schedule is as follows:
Erev Shabbat, at 5:45 p.m.: “What is Parshat Tetzaveh really about?” Drasha before Musaf, approximately 10:30 a.m.: “שושנת יעקב צהלה ושמחה.” Shiur before Mincha, at 4:15 p.m.: “Which chag is more holy—Yom Purim or Yom HaKippurim?” Seudah shlishit, approximately 5:40 p.m.: “Who is Amalek?”
Rabbi Dr. Tsaidi He is the rabbi-in-residence and the Judaic director of Albert Einstein Jewish Day School in Panama City, Panama.
