It was a celebration to remember. On Sunday, September 8, Aron’s West Orange celebrated its first birthday with an exciting event, featuring superstar singers Mordechai Shapiro and Lipa Schmeltzer, a BMX bike show, bounce houses, face painting, giveaways, a petting zoo and more, a production put together by the legendary Gershy Moskowitz.

Over 3,000 people attended the festivities as families from all over New Jersey and as far out as Brooklyn joined the celebration.

The weather was picture perfect as Shapiro and Schmeltzer performed throughout the afternoon while children and their parents danced in the parking lot. Inside the beautiful supermarket, each department was sharing must-see deals as part of its week-long sale-a-bration. The energy felt by all was a perfect end to summer.

“Aron’s West Orange should have longevity and success,” Schmeltzer told the crowd, “because their success means your success.”

Aron’s 10,000 square foot market is located at 629 Eagle Rock Ave., in West Orange, and has an online shopping website at AronsMarket.com. For more information about this growing kosher supermarket, visit AronsWestOrange.com.
