Please join Raritan Valley Hadassah on Wednesday, February 15, at 2:00 p.m. at the Highland Park Senior Center, located at 220 South Sixth Avenue in Highland Park, for a special session with Cindy Boda, certified personal trainer.
Join them for a half hour of exercise, standing and sitting, using range of motion movements, with and without resistance. If you own light dumbbells, #2, #3 and #5, please bring them. If not, bring two 16 oz. bottles of water to use. Cindy will not only show you all the movements, she will talk you through them, telling you which muscle groups you are using during each exercise. Everyone can do this class. She will accommodate to every level of fitness. Come and enjoy; wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
