On October 10th students at RYNJ had the privilege to greet Rabbi Mayer Alter Horowitz shlita, the Bostoner Rebbe of Yerushalayim. The Rebbe was welcomed by 1st and 2nd grade students who recited out loud the bracha one says on seeing a great Rabbi. The Rebbe was then escorted to the RYNJ Beit Midrash where he addressed students in grades 5-8. The Rebbe spoke about everyone’s unique talents and the power of emunah. He concluded with a bracha that all of the students should always have a love of Torah, love of Klal Yisrael, and love of Eretz Yisrael. As the Rebbe left he was escorted to a waiting car by students in the 3rd and 4th grade. To view highlights from this special event please visit RYNJ.org.
