Chanukah Feta and Tomato Crostini With Basil

Servings: 5

Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Ciabatta bread, thinly sliced
  • Tnuva Cow’s Milk Feta or Sheep’s Milk Feta Cheese
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved + bundle of fresh basil
  • Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt, according to taste
  • Black pepper, according to taste

Preparation:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Brush the slices of ciabatta bread with olive oil and place into the racks. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Slice the feta cheese into thick slices and place onto the toasted bread.
  4. Gently top the feta slices with two tomato halves and a couple basil leaves. Drizzle with a little honey and add salt and pepper, according to taste.
