A Vote for Ora Kornbluth Is a Vote for Bergenfield’s Future

It took me a long time to know what Bergenfield Councilwoman Ora C. Kornbluth looked like. Most of my first interactions with her were via email. It started four years ago after Hurricane Sandy. Our block had no power for quite a while and we were all frustrated. We reached out to Ora and she immediately sprang into action and assisted us.

Not long after we had an issue with a neighbor who had a violent dog and was refusing to control it even though there were many children on our block. Again, Ora sprang into action and helped us deal with a dangerous situation. Eventually, I would meet Ora in person and even work on some important Bergenfield projects with her.

The fact that Ora would jump into action the moment a constituent reaches out speaks to her character and why she went into public service. Ora cares about the community that we live in. While politicians rant about issues that they never follow up on, Ora focuses on the quality of life of all Bergenfield residents. I have spent over 25 years lobbying and working with politicians on all levels of government. I am proud to know, work with and publicly endorse Ora Kornbluth for the Borough of Bergenfield Council. A vote for her is a vote for Bergenfield’s future.

Warm regards,

Rabbi Steve Burg
