As part of the Shamati Torah L’Shma Learning Program, in memory of Dr. Belizon z”l, fourth and fifth graders have the opportunity to participate in Mishna Mania. Either on video or using the sefer, students who learn the three designated mishnayot in a given week are entered into a raffle to win fun prizes. Each week at lunch on Monday the names of all the participants are read aloud and recognized in front of their peers and then three raffle winners are announced. The energy is palpable as the students wait to hear the winners each week.
