The JKHA middle school students added more simcha to their Sukkot by participating in a Color Run with Yachad. The event raised close to $20,000 for future joint Yachad/JKHA programming to further enhance and develop the relationship that students have formed with Yachad and its members. Each JKHA student created their own fundraising page as they prepared for the color-filled event. JKHA and Yachad join together throughout the year for programming that includes a Yachad shabbaton in a school community and the sixth grade girls bat mitzvah program in which JKHA students and Yachad participants enjoy spending a fun and inspirational day together. The program kicked off with an assembly led by a representative from Yachad.
