Benjamin Ryberg, the chief operating officer and director of research at The Lawfare Project spoke to RKYHS students about the fundamental rights that all citizens are guaranteed in the United States. He shared examples of anti-Semitism and anti-Israel acts on college campuses and provided concrete advice on how to combat them, encouraged students to engage and assume leadership positions on their campuses, and detailed the work that his organization has done to ensure that all students have their rights protected on university campuses. Students were grateful to learn that not only do they have specific rights but also, Ryberg explained to students the mechanisms on campus and outside of campus to advocate for those rights.
