Moriah fifth graders have really been making progress in their Hebrew language studies. This year, fifth grade safah classes are taught in small groups whereby students receive instruction from a fifth grade kodesh teacher or by a sixth grade Hebrew language teacher. This model allows students to receive targeted instruction and individualized attention enabling them to sharpen their skills at their own level. Through the use of a a variety of creative materials and engaging content, students are not only improving their comprehension and formulation skills, they are also learning a great deal about important topics such as the geography and history of Eretz Yisrael.
