Dr. Jennifer Blanck, a beloved biology and chemistry teacher at Yeshivat Frisch, was named a finalist for the 2019 New Jersey Nonpublic School Teacher of the Year Award by the New Jersey Council for American Private Education (NJCAPE). The organization represents all major nonpublic school constituencies in New Jersey, which were each invited to submit a nominee for the award.

Blanck holds a BA in Neuroscience from Colgate University and a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The honor reflects Dr. Blanck’s passion for education and her ability to inspire students in every course that she teaches.
