Varsity Girls Volleyball defeated Bruriah High School by scores of 25-20, 25-13, and 25-15. This game was the final home game for the seven seniors—Denna Woloshin, Rachel Weintraub, Ariana Shimoff, Rebecca Klestzick, Noa Stein, Laura Smerling, and Ruby Toledo.

Coach Gryzlo could not have been happier with how it went down. As Gryzlo put it, “Everyone contributed to the wonderful win.” Unlike some sports, it’s nearly impossible for a single player to win a game of volleyball for their team. Teamwork is of utmost importance, and the Sting’s performance bodes well for them as the season progresses.

Once again, congratulations to all the seniors, and thank you for all the time and energy you invested to help out your teammates!

The team now stands at 4-3.
