‘Jump Into Shape’ Expands to Offer Two New Beginner Programs in Teaneck

(Courtesy of Jump Into Shape) Jump Into Shape, one of Bergen County’s premier men’s fitness programs, has opened registration for two new beginner classes in Teaneck. The classes will be on Wednesdays, from January 30-March 6, at Congregation Beth Aaron and on Thursdays from January 31-March 7, at Congregation Bnai Yeshurun. Classes begin at 8:20 p.m., following the 8:00 p.m. Maariv.

The six-session beginner program, designed and led by Bergenfield’s Russell Moskowitz, is for men with no prior jumping experience and covers the four fundamental jump roping skills: bounding, wrist placement and movement, posture and rope movement. Jump Into Shape’s 35-minute classes use high intensity interval training (HIIT) and weighted ropes to increase the benefits of jump roping—boosting fat burning, improving cardio and improving mental sharpness.

“Russell is an amazing coach and instructor,” said Tzvi G. “He teaches with patience, compassion and care. I never would have imagined that jumping rope could be such a great work out.”

“An amazingly fun, full-body workout. Highly recommended for all,” said Yossi K.

The cost for the six-session program is $120. Save 10% when you register by January 15 with coupon code JAN10. Register at www.jumpintoshape.fun. For more information, contact Russell Moskowitz at [email protected] or 973-476-7356.

About Jump Into Shape

Jump Into Shape is a men’s jump roping program with a mission to build a healthier guf (body) for our neshama (soul). The program was created by Russell Moskowitz to share the benefits he gained from jumping rope.

When Russell turned 40, he discovered jumping rope as an easy, convenient and cost-effective way to stay in shape and preemptively combat a family history of diabetes and heart problems. Using the Crossrope© weighted jump ropes for 10 minutes a day, three times a week, he lost 14 pounds the first year and then kept off the weight and added muscle mass in the second year. Russell is in the best physical shape of his life. For more information, visit www.jumpintoshape.fun
