Inbal Hotel Expanded Concierge Service Creates Unique Experiences for Guests

(Courtesy of The Inbal Hotel) The Inbal, Jerusalem’s premier luxury hotel, has expanded its concierge department to help an increasing number of guests wanting to customize unique experiences in the city. Ariel Jerozolimski, the well-regarded concierge at The David Citadel in Jerusalem, heads the new department.

Guests of The Inbal have long enjoyed its knowledgeable concierge staff over the years, but as more guests want guidance creating unique excursions, the hotel is increasing the department from one to four concierges. The concierge team creates unique life-changing Jerusalem experience itineraries, providing the key for guests to unlock the secret gems of Jerusalem.

Jerozolimski recently joined the team. Before becoming a luxury-hotel concierge he was chief photographer of The Jerusalem Post. Jerozolimski immigrated to Israel from Uruguay in 1984 and studied at the Hebrew University’s Rothberg School for Overseas Students. In 2014, he was certified as a tour guide from Haifa University’s School of Tourism.

Jerozolimski’s department of four will be responsible for ensuring guests have unique once-in-a-lifetime experiences during their stay at The Inbal and throughout their travels in Jerusalem.

“We are very excited to unveil our new concierge department and all of the services they will assist guests with,” said The Inbal’s General Manager Rony Timsit. “At The Inbal, each member of our team serves as your host during your stay at our hotel; the concierge department plans to extend that hospitality outside of the hotel and ensure that your experience in our city is unique and unforgettable.”
